What is a team license?
A team license is a convenient way for companies and industry groups to make a single payment for their entire team or staff and manage everything from one account. It allows centralized access, administration, and progress tracking for all team members.
Who is a team license intended for?
A team license is intended for companies, organizations, departments, groups, and managers who want to make one payment, manage access from a single profile, and track their team's learning progress.
Is there a limit to the number of users that can be added to a team license?
There is no limit to the number of users that can be added to a team license. However, each user must have their own seat. Seats cannot be shared. When purchasing a team license, you must select enough seats during checkout to ensure that every team member has individual access, even though everything is managed from one account.
Can one package be shared among multiple users?
No. Packages cannot be shared between users. Each team member must have their own seat under the team license to access courses.
Can I add more users after a team license is purchased?
Yes, absolutely. You can add more users at any time. If the payment was made by credit card, you can add additional seats directly from your profile, and the system will charge the same price you paid for the original seats. If the payment was made by EFT, our customer support team will be happy to add more seats for you at the same price.

    How is pricing determined for a team license?
    Team license pricing is based on your Team size and training needs. We offer competitive team discounts, and pricing can often be locked in for future renewals. For a tailored quote, please contact our support team or submit a demo request using the form at the top of this page.
    What is my access expiration date if I'm enrolled under a team license?
    If you are enrolled under a team license, your access is aligned with the team license expiration date. When you enroll in a course, the remaining access time is clearly displayed on the course card. You can also contact your team admin for confirmation.
    Can I enroll in any course if I'm part of a team license?
    Yes. As long as your company or team admin has purchased an unlimited team license, you can enroll in any course or package available on our website.
    What types of courses are available to team license members?
    All courses and packages available on the CPDFormula website are accessible to team license members, with no restrictions.
    Is there a limit to the number of courses a team member can take?
    No. There is no limit to the number of courses a team member can enroll in or complete during the active team license period.
    Will I receive certificates for completed courses?
    Yes. Certificates of completion are provided for every course you complete. These certificates are stored in your profile permanently and remain available even if you are no longer part of a team license.
    Can users be added or removed during the team license term?
    Yes, users can be added or removed at any time during the team license term. If a user has completed one or more courses, the seat is considered used and cannot be reclaimed. If a user has enrolled in courses but has not completed any, they can still be removed from the team license.
    What happens when a user is removed from a team license?
    When a user is removed, they no longer have access to team license courses. However, their individual account remains active, and all certificates earned up to that point are retained. They may choose to continue with an individual subscription if they wish.
