Drawing on over 30 years’ experience as a registered architect, Nigel delivers risk management and productivity improvement services to medium and large-sized practices through Ostime Consulting. His experience includes seven years as director of a large practice, three as director of a startup modular housing company and for the last 9 years leading project delivery at Hawkins\Brown, where he continues to work, alongside the consultancy business. He also develops management systems, standard forms, and procedures for maintaining error-free, efficient project management and provides guidance on the requirements of the Building Safety Act. Nigel is the author of a number of books for RIBA and lectures on professional practice at several schools of architecture.
