About This Course

The Value Stream Framework standardizes complex business models to enable Digital Transformation. This is the first of a series of courses that are based on my Value Stream Framework whitepaper. We will first review why we need a Framework, then discuss the five key elements – Value Streams, Products, People, Processes, and Places. We will apply the framework by visiting a few company websites and then leave you with the task of completing the framework using your company's data.

If you are implementing technology, treat this course as the first step to a successful journey. If you are in sales, this course will help with your whitespace exercise. It will help you understand your existing footprint and your relevance to your customer's business. If you are searching for a job, use the exercise to obtain a deeper understanding of your future employer.
